WPS, or WiFi Protected Setup, is a security standard created to provide privacy and security to users who require and value these features above all else. It enables you to quickly build a far more private and secure network connection to the internet, allowing you to feel safe and secure while using it.
WPS is controlled manually by the user's selection of a network name. If you're using WPS, you'll have to choose an SSID, a network name, and a password manually.
As a result, your wireless network will have a unique ID of your choosing, protected by a password that only you know. You'll need to configure this ID password on both the client and the access point now.
Unless you tell them your ID and password, no one else can use your wireless internet connection. WPS will no longer require you to enter the ID password once it has been configured; instead, it will connect to your devices automatically.
